A restaurant overlooking Monviso, around which for four generations we have built our history of hospitality and sharing with our guests, who will enjoy the magic of Monforte d’Alba staying in our “albergo diffuso”, our original take of the widespread hotel. Our most loyal guests tell us that they appreciate how our kitchen will be able to blend local tradition with a more specific family tradition, full of great anecdotes and artful inventions.
In our cellar, which today houses a vast selection of vintages and local labels, you will find the fruit of many years of passion, conviviality and a somewhat random selection adding variety.
All the friends who visit us year after year especially appreciate the quiet life of Monforte, the circular rhythm of the days and the feeling of being part of the town: for the sunsets experienced with a good glass and in joyful company and for some vigorous awakenings, at dawn, with a hearty breakfast before a day full of new experiences and old greetings.
We are happy to welcome you in a warm and well-kept environment. We serve our guests in the halls of the historic residence and – as long as the temperatures allow it – on the panoramic terrace.
