We are rooted in our hills as much as our vineyards, truffle grounds and hazelnut groves. And these roots of ours are intertwined with the community of small and large producers, artists and crazy inventors of gadgets and poems.
We want to share with our guests the discovery of places and people who enrich our daily life and who we hope will also enrich your visit to the Langhe.
At Palazzo Boeri you will find a corner of relaxation and well-being, where you can immerse yourself in hot water or in the whirlpool hot tub; you’ll be able to open your lungs and pores in our sauna and relax on the sun loungers overlooking the valley.
Our small Spa is available by reservation and can only be booked for exclusive use for a maximum of 4 people per session. It is possible to book massages and other relaxing and invigorating treatments.
We are happy to help you build a unique and exciting experience that responds to your interests and passions.
You can retrace the paths of the “Alta Langa” or the center of Alba in the footsteps of our most inspired poets and writers, visit the most representative castles and villas of the area, or cycle through the vineyards and admire enchanting landscapes.
Sometimes we might go with you, otherwise some expert and passionate local guides will show you around.
In autumn, excursions that include truffle hunting are organized all around Langhe.
You will be able to see and follow the “trifolai” and their always animated dogs at work, walk with them uphill or down steep ridges at breakneck speed, everywhere the precious truffles grow in the morning dew and hide from the stars and from the eyes of the seekers. You will live with the trifolai the anecdotes – maybe sometimes slightly inflated by memory – and if the hunt is fruitful also the joy of unearthing our fragrant treasures.
Reservations are recommended for excursions that include truffle hunting (weather permitting).
We are lucky enough to know most of the wine producers in our area.
And it is always a joy to be able to share a visit with our guests to the small winemakers, some of which are not normally open to the public. In these cellars we find a less “polished” production world and in some ways more instinctive in the processing of the precious grapes of these lands from which the blood of Bacchus is extracted.
In addition to the small and lesser-known winemakers, we also collaborate with large and renowned “cantine”: it is possible to book visits and tastings with guides who are extremely prepared in explaining the methods, techniques and motives that represent the foundation of their productions.
